When you experience a session with Amie Lou Photography, you get the full VIP treatment. Before the day of your shoot, you will have received a style consultation with tips on what to bring to wear for your session, and you will have chatted with me so you feel fully prepared and have had all your questions thoroughly answered. When you arrive for your session, a licensed hair & makeup artist pampers you & makes you feel like a celebrity with professional hair & makeup styling. We’ll go over your wardrobe selections again and map out the flow of the shoot. Different sets for your gorgeous different outfits get you a variety of images. I will communicate with you and fully guide you the entire time, posing you from head to toe to make sure I get the most flattering angles and absolutely best photos you’ve ever seen of yourself. You’ll never have to wonder how to stand or what to do with your hands. I’ve got you! My assistant and I will fuss over you, smooth fly away hairs, and hype you up along the way. Half way through the session you’ll start moving and posing yourself naturally because DAMN YOU FEEL GOOD, so beautiful, so confident! When it’s over you’ll almost forget that there will be actual photos, the session was so empowering and fun and exactly what you needed in this phase of your life, the photos will feel like an added bonus. You’ll leave feeling like an actual cover girl! And then over the next week you will get excited little butterflies every time you think about the images and think how you can’t wait to see them. When you come back to view your images, you’ll see they are even better than you had hoped. That same confidence that you felt during your shoot, that same elation of seeing yourself as a beautiful creature, comes rushing back. You’ll sit for a moment and bask in the awe and love you have for yourself. And you’ll turn to me and say “I’m definitely doing this again”

It's not your job to be photogenic, it's my job to take the most beautiful photograph you have ever seen of yourself. I will guide you throughout the entire photo shoot, bringing out the most flattering poses and expressions.
